Many of our products are manufactured or configured individually according to the customer's wishes.
For such products, the statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded, particularly if production has already started or been completed.

You may still submit your withdrawal using this form. We will confirm receipt and then review individually whether a right of withdrawal exists.

Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
